Filter Design Finished

The filter design, after a ton of tweaking, obscene gestures and words, and other less than polite behavior, is finished up. It’s an interesting design, one that I now understand much better than I ever thought I would and is based off of a bunch of filters that originate from a MOTM filter design. That said, I’ve made some tweaks to the circuit to get a different sound, since I still wanted something more than what I was getting after I’d initially put it together.

This filter has a frequency pot and a resonance pot and it has shown that it can be snarling, aggressive, as well as subtle and nuanced control over audio from both circuits and recordings. It’s got a great resonance control that I’m really enjoying. I’m hoping that I can tackle putting eight of these together by the end of the weekend.
